ABOUT OUR DOORS

We produce both reproduction and new custom doors. Many of our doors are constructed in the stave-core method. This technique uses a interior layer of finger-joint pine on which a 1/4" finish skin (mahogany, white oak, etc.) is applied. Though more labour intensive, this process assures that no one piece of material can distort the finished product. The result is a door that stays straight and true, virtually for a lifetime.
